1. Influence of paper type

In the actual processing, the ink on the surface of the printing material is light-colored and easy to cover the film, while the dark effects such as black and full-color are extremely bad, and phenomena such as super-foam and wrinkle often occur. 3. Climate impact

The temperature used in coating is directly related to the type of binder. Some adhesives can use the working temperature of 60-70 ℃, but some adhesives can only use the working temperature between 20-35 ℃. There are two aspects of membrane pollution: one is that the film cannot be spoiled in the air, and it is difficult to recycle, causing environmental pollution; the other is that there is a costly intervention in the process, which is harmful to human health and long-term use endangers workers ’health.

2. The coated paper cannot be recycled, destroying resources

At present, 80% of the sources of paper-making cellulose in China depend on recycling old paper, including paper edge paper wool and so on. The amount of paper used for books, books, etc. is very large. If we use coated materials in large quantities, the used waste paper, including the cut edges and paper wool, cannot be recycled, which will bring the country The loss that cannot be counted is actually destroying resources.
